BZ Bank Limited, headquartered in Wilen bei Wollerau (Municipality of Freienbach, Canton Schwyz), was founded by Martin Ebner in May 1985 as „BZ Bank Zürich Aktiengesellschaft“.
The main services include securities trading, equities brokerage, wealth management and advisory services for selected clients, issuing of covered warrants, asset management, as well as Corporate Finance activities and M&A advisory services. As a result of the specialization of the banking activities, the main source of revenue are trading commissions and advisory fees.
BZ Bank is supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA. The Bank is a member of the SIX Swiss Exchange.
